Welcome to Our Book Club!
Basically how it works is if you want to be involved, you can email Jess P (emailjdp@yahoo.com) and she will send you the username and password for this blog so that you can post your thoughts/comments.
Every month we will pick a book. Feel free to suggest a book if there is one you want to read or are reading. You don't always have to read the book if you don't want to. So our book for January is
Roomates by Whitney Lyles. Starting February 1st you can start posting your comments on the book and another book for February will be posted. Then March 1st the comments on the February book can start being posted etc.
Now why are we doing this? Three reasons...
1. By reading the same books and posting comments on the books we have something in common that we are all aware of though some of us don't speak often, we are still in each other's hearts...blah blah mushy stuff blah....so now we are moving on with different places and lives but we still have this one thing in common
2. By reading we are keeping our brains active.
3. Reading is smarter and cooler than watching the same tv shows.
